How the process works
1. FREE Discovery Call
Schedule a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call with Julie Loyd PA-C,CFMP to learn more about functional medicine and see if it is right for you.
On the call, Julie will discuss:
- Your health concerns
- Our process and philosophy
- What your next steps are to becoming a patient
2. Schedule Your Initial Appointment
You will be scheduled for a 90-minute appointment in our Grand Rapids office or over video. This is where we will discuss:
- Your medical history
- Your current health concerns
- Any recent labs/tests that you have had
- Your health goals
YOU WILL FEEL SEEN AND HEARD!
3. A Plan Made Just For You
After your first visit, we will create a plan that is just for your specific needs. You will also begin your Health Coaching Sessions with our Certified Health Coach, Michelle to learn ways to walk out your health plan.
Plans may include:
- Laboratory testing
- Nutrition Guidance
- Lifestyle Modifications
- Supplment Protocols
We work WITH you to help you achieve your health goals!
4. Ongoing Partnership
You will continue to have 60-90 minute follow up appointments as needed. We will never rush you!
Between appointments your team is available to message through your secure portal.
