Meet Michelle
Hello! I'm Michelle, a Certified Revelation Wellness LiveWell Health Coach who's passionate about holistic health and wellness, as well as helping others find the intersection of biology and theology in their health journey. By day, I'm a dedicated health coach; by night (and often during the day, too), I'm a homeschooling mom to four amazing kids. I'm married to my high school sweetheart - yes, the one who still thinks my jokes are funny.
My life took a radical turn during the height of the COVID pandemic, when I met the Lord and experienced profound healing from a lifetime of trauma and health issues. Talk about a plot twist!
Since that transformative moment, every aspect of my health - mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual - has done a full 180, embracing life, abundance, joy, and purpose. My personal testing turned into a powerful testimony of God's grace, His incredible gifts, and the joy of truly loving and valuing others.
Driven by my own journey and life experience, I dove into the fascinating connection between physical, mental, and spiritual health. This passion eventually led me to Revelation Wellness, where I was trained to cultivate a hopeful, empowering vision of people's potential for change in relation to every aspect of health.
Through it all, my mission is to make God known through every aspect of my life, whether I'm coaching clients, navigating homeschool lessons, or attempting to grow the perfect heirloom tomato.

Services
The 3-Month Starlight Wellness Functional Medicine Membership Package includes health coaching:
- 90-minute initial consultation
- 5 additional weekly or bi-weekly 45-minute health coaching sessions
Our provider will collaborate with our certified Health Coach regarding your treatment plan. Michelle will reach out to you to schedule your initial Health Coaching session. She will provide personal support and resources to help facilitate your journey to optimal health. We believe that health coaching is the key to unlock your true potential, whether you're looking to improve your fitness, nutrition, mental health, or overall well-being. She will then set up weekly or bi-weekly health coaching sessions for you, teaching you how to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
